Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and the 407 platform ("We" or "Platform"). These Terms govern your use of the website, mobile application, and all services provided by 407.

By accessing or using any part of the 407 platform, you confirm that you have reached the minimum legal age required to participate in online betting and entertainment activities in Malaysia, that you have read and agree to these Terms, and that you are solely responsible for all activities carried out through your account.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using the 407 platform immediately. Continued use following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Account Creation & Security Responsibilities

To access the full range of services on the 407 platform, you are required to register a personal account. During registration, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current. Each user is only permitted to hold one active account. Registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed without prior notice.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. 407 will never ask for your password via email or any external communication channel. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact the 407 support team immediately.

407 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time as a security measure. Failure to provide the required verification documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in temporary suspension or closure of the account.

Platform Usage Rules

All 407 platform users are required to comply with the usage rules set out below. The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any tools designed to manipulate or exploit games or platform systems
• Sharing your account with others or allowing another person to use your account
• Attempting to hack, attack, or disrupt the systems, servers, or infrastructure of the 407 platform
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or in any communication with the 407 team
• Using the platform for any activity that is unlawful under applicable Malaysian law
• Transferring or selling your account to a third party

Violation of any of the above rules may result in account suspension or permanent closure, as well as forfeiture of any outstanding balance or winnings, at 407's sole discretion.

Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Amendments

All content on the 407 platform — including logos, graphics, interface designs, text, software, and brand names — is the property of or exclusively licensed to 407. Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any such content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from 407.

The 407 platform may contain links or references to third-party services such as game providers and payment systems. 407 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of such third parties. Users are advised to review the relevant third-party terms of service separately.

407 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via the platform or their registered email. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through mutually agreed channels between the user and 407 before being referred to a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
